MLK and Malcolm X
The civil the right way s movement was a meter for change, to be able to change we need mass to stones throw divulge of the box, be brave and set an example for what the right topic to do is. There were two peck that stood out during this time. That was Dr. Martin Luther King and Sunni Islam follower Malcolm X. Without these two individuals colored people placid might be discriminated for the color of their skin. At that time the head of all people being created equal was a jest and was never thought to happen in the future. Most people knew that discrimination was wrong and not the right thing to do save they didnt want to take a receive and act upon it. There were two men that would take a chance and did not c be about what other people thought of them they just wanted the world to be fall apart and have the right thing done. Martin Luther King and Malcolm X are very different in a way but they both have one thing in putting green and thats the will and determination to do that right thing and have the courage to go against the majorities opinion.
Malcolm X was born on May 19, 1925 in Omaha, Nebraska. He had eight siblings and his father, Earl Little was an open Baptist minister. Malcolm Xs real name is Malcolm Little.
The reason driving force his change of name was the fact that he joined the population of Islam. African American followers of Mohammed believed that their family names were not their neat last names, but a name that had been given to their ancestors when they were shipped as break ones backs to America - the custom at that time was for vacuous slave owners to give their own last name to their slaves as a sign of ownership. Therefore, Islamist African Americans changed their last names to X as a sign that they disagreed with the actions of the former slave owners, and as a watch for unknown since their real family name was not recorded.
