The country of Italy has a developed democracy; the form of establishment used is the Republic. There are three secernatees of government, federal, national, and state. The three severalisees on the federal level are the executive branch, legislative branch, and juridical branch. The top branch is the executive branch. The executive branch consists of the chair, the found Minister, and the Council of Ministers. The next branch of government is the legislative branch. The legislative branch consists of a bicameral Parliament that includes the Senate, and Chamber of Deputies. The final branch of the federal government is the judicial branch. The judicial branch consists of the 15 member Constitutional Court. The legal system is based on civil law with judicial review.
