Unethical conduct is extensive, and can be dicovered throughout most organizations. The influence of unethical behavior can be harmful not only to organizations, but to society as well. The imact is not just financial, but also menetally. In order to attain success and have employees that are inspired, happy, truthful, and ethical, the underlying causes of unethical behavior should be identified; and actions, such as incoperating and imposing a Code of Conduct, along with other forms of management participation, should be well thought out to avoid and decrease, or eliminate, such behavior. This paper will cover some of the issues a connected with unethicl conduct through sexual harassment within the working enviornment. Sexual harassment is a continuous matter in majority occupations and professions. It has the potential create poisonous, unhealthy work settings for every member in an organization. Sexual harassment in the workplace is, ââ¬Å"the request for sexual favors as wel l as feeling, joking, speaking, or handing out material of sexual nature that an employee has not consented to and finds offensive (Sexual Harassment). In todayââ¬â¢s economy, financial cuts, recession and high unemployment rates, make progressions within the workforce hard to come by.
